Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD) held a town hall with constituents in Rockville, Maryland, focused on the current state of federal health care policy and the future of the 2010 Affordable Care Act and the Medicaid and Medicare programs. He was introduced by a leader of nearby Johns Hopkins University, delivered brief remarks on Congressional Republicans' failed effort to repeal the Affordable Care Act, and then took questions from the audience, most of them focused on federal health care policy. Some attendees also pressed Senator Cardin on his proposed Israel Anti-Boycott Act. close
