The Senate Judiciary Committee held a confirmation hearing for pending judicial and Justice Department nominees. The judicial nominees were: Amy Coney Barrett, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals; Joan Louise Larsen, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals; William L. Campbell, Middle District of Tennessee; and Thomas Parker, Western District of Tennessee. Eric Dreiband was the president’s pick for assistant attorney general in the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division.
