FBI Director Christopher Wray and NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers joined other leading officials with other government intelligence agencies to talk about the importance of intelligence gathering and sharing. Admiral Rogers stressed the need for Congress to renew FISA section 702, which authorizes the intelligence community to access communications of non-U.S. persons outside of the U.S. He said this section is crucial to the NSA mission.
