King Hussein of Jordan spoke on the progress of the Middle East peace talks and other issues relating to U.S.-Jordanian relations in a speech to an audience of academicians and others at the Brookings Institution. In his remarks, the king praised the good relations between the U.S. and Jordan, and spoke on Jordan’s support for a Palestinian homeland in the Middle East. Following his prepared remarks, King Hussein responded to questions from members of the audience. close
