Speaking at a hurricane briefing at Muniz Air National Guard Base in San Juan, Puerto Rico, President Trump compared the damage to that of “a real catastrophe like Katrina.” He noted that the 16 deaths in Puerto Rico was not as bad compared to the “literally thousands of people” who died in Hurricane Katrina.
