Wisconsin lawmakers debate a bill to provide $3 billion in tax incentives for Taiwan-based Foxconn to build a manufacturing facility in the state, with the promise of 13,000 jobs. The company makes high-definition liquid crystal display screens used in phones, TV's, computers and other devices. It's the largest incentive package in U.S. history offered by a state to a foreign company.

The program includes President Donald Trump's announcement of the deal, Wisconsin Senate and House debate, Gov. Scott Walker (R-WI) signing the bill into law, and an interview with Jason Stein, state politics reporter with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

View From the States is C-SPAN Radio's regular look at how issues are being covered outside of Washington, DC.
