After their meeting, FCC commissioners, including Chair Ajit Pai (R), and legal staff spoke to reporters about the commission’s 3-2 party line vote to repeal the net neutrality rules. In addition, they discussed the other proposed rules which involved the commission’s Emergency Alert System, telehealth access in rural America, communications towers requirements, the commercial mobile radio services, cable modernization and media ownership rules. close
