The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) meeting resumed after the emergency recess, and the commissioners voted 3-2 along party lines to repeal Obama administration net neutrality rules that regulate the internet like a public utility and prohibit internet service providers from blocking or charging websites for higher quality delivery to consumers. Commissioners then continued to items addressing commercial mobile radio services, cable modernization and media ownership rules. close
