Telephone lines were open for viewer calls and social media comments on news of the day. Larry Sabato, speaking by phone, talked about the delay in the tiebreaker coin toss to determine the winner of a Virginia House of Delegates race. After a recount, the Democrat was declared the winner by one vote, but during the validation of the recount, one vote was thrown out. The outcome of the race determines which party controls the House of Delegates. close
