At a German Marshall Fund discussion on Russian interference in elections around the globe, Senate Foreign Relations Committee Ranking Member Ben Cardin (D-MD) presented the findings of his new report, “Putin’s Asymmetric Assault on Democracy in Russia and Europe: Implications for U.S. National Security.” Afterward, he was interviewed by former Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff.
