Tim Phillips talked about his Americans for Prosperity (AFP) group’s plan to spend up to $400 million in the 2018 midterm elections to help keep the House and Senate in Republican control. AFP is linked to Charles and David Koch. Mr. Phillips said the Trump administration had a good first year with tax legislation and that AFP hopes Congress will also tackle Social Security and Medicare reform. close
