President Trump named Johnny Taylor Jr. the chair of the President’s Board of Advisers on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Mr. Taylor is the President and CEO of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and previously served as the president and chief executive officer of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. The president was introduced by Education Secretary Betsy DeVos. close
