Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and other Senate Democrats unveiled their party’s infrastructure proposal, which they argued would create more modern projects, like broadband in rural areas, and lead to more jobs for the middle class. Senator Schumer was also asked about the resignation of White House National Economic Council Director Gary Cohn. He responded by saying the White House was getting “hollowed out.” close
