Former British Prime Minister David Cameron appeared before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. He talked about foreign aid to developing countries, also known as “fragile states.” In his testimony Mr. Cameron reaffirmed the U.S.-U.K. relationship following the news that Russia was responsible for the nerve agent attack against a former Russian spy. During his opening statement, Ranking Member Bob Menendez (D-NJ) commented on President Trump’s firing of earlier that day of Secretary of State Rex Tillerson. close
