British Prime Minister Theresa May delivered a statement to members in the House of Commons on her recent meeting with European leaders. She covered a wide range of issues including Russia, Brexit negotiations and the U.S. tariffs on steel and aluminum. On Russia, she acknowledged the European Union’s coordinated action to expel Russian diplomats from 15 member states. Her announcement came shortly after President Trump ordered the expulsion of 60 Russian diplomats in the U.S. All together, Prime Minister May told members 18 countries have participated in this effort, making this the “largest collective expulsion of Russian intelligence officers in history.” close
