The Free State Foundation hosted its annual telecommunications policy conference at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. This portion of the event included a conversation with FCC Commissioners Michael O’Rielly (R) and Brendan Carr. They discussed rural broadband access, 5G mobile network technology and repealing net neutrality rules. Following their remarks, law and economics professors discussed the FCC telecommunications rules and actions. Free State Foundation President Randolph May moderated the event. close
