Copy Rights was one of the second-prize high school west winners in C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam documentary contest. Jayson Ventura, Elyza de Lara, and Marob Wiseman, students at Franklin High School in Elk Grove, California, produced this video on Article 1, Section 8, Clause 8 of the Constitution, the Intellectual Property Clause. The local cable company was Comcast.

C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam video documentary contest is an annual national competition in which middle and high school students produce a documentary on a specific theme. The 2018 theme was: “The Constitution and You.” close
