Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) spoke to reporters during a recess in Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s testimony before two Senate committees. He said said he does not think that Facebook’s actions have been sufficient in light of the Cambridge Analytica data breach and that the company needs to go much further. Senator Durbin also commented on Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, saying that firing Mr. Mueller “would raise some extraordinary and very important constitutional questions.” close
