Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) spoke to reporters during a recess in Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s testimony before two Senate committees. She said she was happy Facebook was voluntarily complying with the Honest Ads Act. She spoke about her line of questioning with Mr. Zuckerberg about Cambridge Analytica and what data was used during the 2016 election. She emphasized that ads need to be regulated like they are on television with disclaimers and fact-checking. Senator Klobuchar also commented on Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and the raid of the offices of President Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen. close
