Survival of the Veiled Face: The Constitutionality of Abortion was the first-prize middle school winners in C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam documentary contest. Kiera Lamb, Uma Fox, and Kiah Beachler, eighth graders at Eastern Middle School in Silver Spring, Maryland, produced this video on the 14th Amendment, the liberty clause, and the equality clause as they relate to abortion.
C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam video documentary contest is an annual national competition in which middle and high school students produce a documentary on a specific theme. The 2018 theme was: “The Constitution and You.” close
