Prison Reform was one of the first-prize high school west winners in C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam documentary contest. May Zhen and Payton Liquin, seniors at Capital High School in Boise, Idaho, produced this video on Article 1, Section 8, the general welfare clause of the Constitution.

C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam video documentary contest is an annual national competition in which middle and high school students produce a documentary on a specific theme. The 2018 theme was: “The Constitution and You.” close
