WI Votes Count was one of the first-prize high school central winners in C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam documentary contest. Will Foote and James Dyer, seniors at Whitefish Bay High School in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, produced this video on congressional redistricting in the Constitution’s Article 1, Section 2. The local cable provider was Spectrum.

C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam video documentary contest is an annual national competition in which middle and high school students produce a documentary on a specific theme. The 2018 theme was: “The Constitution and You.” close
