Apple CEO Tim Cook gave the commencement address to 2018 graduating students of Duke University’s School of Business. He urged graduates to follow the inspiration he received from his mentor, Apple founder Steve Jobs, who told him to think differently and reject the status quo. He also reaffirmed his company’s pledge not to violate its customers' personal privacy in the way it collects and manages data. Tim Cook received his MBA from Duke in 1988. close
