The Aspen Institute hosted a series of discussions on the potential implications of allowing college athletes to receive compensation. Speakers included former Georgetown University men’s basketball coach John Thompson III, Clemson University Athletic Director Director Dan Radakovich, Atlantic 10 Conference Commissioner Bernadette McGlade, and NBA player Nigel Hayes, who is the plaintiff in a lawsuit against the NCAA over athlete compensation. Aspen Institute Sports and Society Director Jon Solomon moderated the event. close
