Chairman of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Ivan Selin spoke in a news conference to discuss issues involved with the nuclear power industry, including the review of regulations enacted since the Three Mile Island incident in the 1970's, the licensing of new nuclear power plants and the relicensing of old ones, and the design of new nuclear power plants.
