President Trump spoke to reporters prior to a Cabinet meeting at the White House. He talked about the three American detainees recently released by North Korea and said he and Vice President Pence would be welcoming them at Joint Base Andrews. He said a announcement would be made about the time and location for his upcoming meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. When asked if he should win the Nobel Prize, President Trump said, “Everyone thinks so, but I would never say it,” adding, “The prize I want is victory for the world.” He also commented on the primaries held the day before and talked about his decision to withdraw the U.S. from the Iran nuclear deal. close
