White House National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow spoke with reporters about the latest jobs report and the president’s break from protocol in which he posted a tweet about the report before it was officially released. The Labor Department reported that the unemployment rate lowered to 3.8 percent with the economy adding 223,000 jobs. Mr. Kudlow also answered questions on the Trump administration’s decision to impose tariffs on steel and aluminum imports from Canada, Mexico and the European Union. close
