The World Affairs Council of Philadelphia hosted a panel discussion at the Eastern State Penitentiary about mass incarcerations and reforming the criminal justice system. The penitentiary was once said to be the most famous and expensive prison in the world. Panelists included the general counsel of Koch Industries, Philadelphia’s first assistant district attorney, a former federal prosecutor, and a former Justice Department juvenile justice administrator. close
