Mr. Davidson, Mr. Hewitt and Mr. Keating spoke in a news conference at the National Press Club to announce the release of a survey on the government spending policies of individual members of Congress. The report found that the majority of government spending is advanced by approximately 15 percent of Congress, and detailed demographic information on the members of Congress who advance the most spending legislation. close
