The Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing on workplace sexual harassment in the federal judiciary branch. Witnesses included the Federal Judiciary Workplace Conduct Working Group Chair James Duff. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts established the group following the resignation of a federal judge on the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for multiple sexual misconduct allegations. The working group has completed their work. In testimony, Mr. Duff outlined the group’s findings and recommendations. close
