President Trump briefly addressed border security and immigration policy at the top of his meeting with the National Space Council at the White House. His comments come after concerns about the separation of migrant children from their parents at the U.S.-Mexico border. The president said the U.S. would not be a “migrant camp” or “refugee holding facility.” Later, he talked about his administration’s plans for space exploration as well as creating more opportunities for young people to work in the space industry. The president also signed a directive dealing with orbital debris and traffic management in space. close
