His comments came prior to the start of a cabinet meeting at the White House. The president also partly blamed Mexico for America’s border issues saying they were doing nothing to help and encouraging migrants to walk through Mexico and into the U.S. White House Budget Director Mick Mulvaney also delivered a report on government reorganization. close
