The Brookings Institution released a report examining the conditions in ten states concerning individual health care market stability. Mark Hall, a senior fellow with Brookings and the author of the study, presented his research findings. He discussed the impact of some of the federal government’s actions, and offered recommendations for states to improve market stabilization. Following his remarks, he was joined by a group of analysts who discussed their experiences in some of the states that were part of the research study.
