Kathleen Stephens, the former U.S. ambassador to South Korea, was one of three panelists at a discussion on the future of U.S.-North Korea relations. Ambassador Stephens and the other panelists discussed the state of North Korea’s de-nuclearization talks with the U.S. in the wake of President Trump’s summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and the role the U.S., South Korea, and China would play in those discussions. After the panelists spoke, they answered questions from the audience. Michael McFaul moderated. close
