Student gun violence prevention activists from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, where a school shooting happened in February 2018, participated in a cross-country voter registration drive. C-SPAN covered their stops in Greensboro, North Carolina, where the students toured the International Civil Rights Center and Museum and held a rally in LeBauer Park. The next day, students went to Blacksburg, Virginia, where they held a town hall meeting and visited Virginia Tech University, the site of a 2007 mass shooting. close
