The CATO Institute, a libertarian public policy research organization, hosted a discussion about the impact of state policies and regulations on economic freedom. More specifically, the event analyzed the findings of a new “Freedom in the 50 States” report authored by Charles Koch Institute Policy and Research Vice President William Ruger and Dartmouth College Political Economy Director Jason Sorens.
