Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey testified before the House Energy & Commerce Committee about how his company uses artificial intelligence and humans to manage content on its platform. Members of Congress asked him about allegations of anti-conservative bias at the company, efforts to combat foreign election interference, and attempts to curtail cyberbullying and harrassment on Twitter. Following Representative Steve Scalise’s questioning of the witness, a protestor disrupted the hearing. Representative Bill Long (R-MO), a certified auctioneer, then began auctioneering to drown out the protester. close
