Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey testified before the House Energy and Commerce Committee about how his company uses artificial intelligence and humans to manage content on its platform. Members of Congress asked him about allegations of anti-conservative bias at the company, efforts to combat foreign election interference, and attempts to curtail cyberbullying and harassment on Twitter. Following Representative Steve Scalise’s questioning of the witness, a protester disrupted the hearing. Representative Bill Long (R-MO), a certified auctioneer, then began auctioneering to drown out the protester. close
