Representatives from the State and Defense Departments testified at a hearing on the status and future of arms control agreements between the U.S. and Russia. The two witnesses answered questions about what the two countries were talking about and when, as well as the status of monitoring under agreements such as the circa 1997 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF) and circa 2011 Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START).
