The Senate Judiciary Committee held a confirmation hearing to consider several of President Trump’s judicial nominees including Allison Rushing to sit on the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, the committee heard testimony from a group of U.S. District Court nominees selected to serve in the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) acted as the presiding chair of the hearing. close
