She also talked about the confirmation process for justices over the years, calling Congress the “culprit” for the polarizing process. The late Judge Flannery served on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Following her speech, she was interviewed by D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge David Tatel. close
