Following a short break, law school professors and law clerks testified before the U.S. Judicial Conference - the policy-making arm for the federal courts - on sexual harassment. The hearing’s purpose was to hear from experts and the public regarding proposed changes to sexual misconduct policy in the Code of Conduct for U.S. Judges and the Rules for Judicial-Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings. close
