The Judicial Conference of the United States, the policy-making arm for the federal courts, held a public hearing to review proposed changes to sexual harassment policy. The judicial group was made up of members of the Codes of Conduct, and Judicial Conduct and Disability committees. Witnesses during this portion included law professors and Chief Judge Lawrence O’Neill who sits on the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California. close
