Representative-elect Veronica Escobar (D-TX), one of the first two Hispanic women ever elected to Congress from Texas, replaces Representative Beto O’Rourke, who ran for the U.S. Senate. Representative-elect Mark Green (R-TN) replaces Marsha Blackburn (R), who won the seat of former Senator Bob Corker. Representative-elect Dean Phillips (D-MN) defeated five-term Republican Representative Erik Paulsen. Representative-Elect Jim Baird (R-IN) replaces Representative Todd Rokita (R). close
