Alan Dershowitz on The Case Against Impeaching Trump
This program was the fourth part of a series of “Washington Journal” segments on some of the most important books of 2018.
Legal scholar Alan Dershowitz talked about his book, The Case Against Impeaching Trump. In his work he described his “shoe on the other foot test,” meaning he asks proponents of impeaching the 45th president whether they would be making the same arguments if Republicans were advocating for impeaching former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had she become president in 2016.
