Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Dick Durbin (D-IL), Mike Lee (R-UT), Cory Booker (D-NJ), Tim Scott (R-SC) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) held a press conference on Capitol Hill on the First Step Act, a bipartisan criminal justice reform bill that passed the Senate the previous night in an 87-12 vote.
