Democratic presidential candidate Julian Castro attended a “Politics and Eggs” breakfast in Manchester, New Hampshire. Mr. Castro previously served as Housing and Urban Development secretary during the Obama administration and was also the mayor of San Antonio, Texas. This was Mr. Castro’s first visit to New Hampshire since announcing his candidacy for president a few days earlier. Following his remarks, the former secretary met with Granite State voters and talked with reporters. The New Hampshire Institute of Politics at Saint Anselm College hosted the event. close
