Donald McGahn, former White House counsel who organized the Trump administration’s judicial selection process until he resigned in the fall of 2018, addressed the Federalist Society’s annual Western Chapter Conference. The Federalist Society prepared lists of nominees that helped the Trump administration fill Supreme Court and federal judiciary vacancies over the first two year’s of Mr. Trump’s presidency. close
