After returning from a brief recess, CEOs of the nation’s three credit reporting bureaus continued their testimony before the House Financial Services Committee on two proposed bills that would change federal regulations for the agencies and the consumers whose spending and debt data they gather. After that, five credit experts were called to testify before the panel and delivered their opening statements before the committee recessed for a series of votes on the House floor. close
