President Trump spoke to reporters as he departed the White House en route to Alabama, where he was scheduled to tour storm-damaged areas of the state. He answered questions on a variety of domestic and international issues, including the sentencing of former campaign manager Paul Manafort, reports on North Korea’s nuclear development program and a slowdown in the nation’s job creation in February 2019. He also commented on his former personal attorney Michael Cohen’s recent testimony before a House committee, saying he was a “bad lawyer.” close
