President Trump and Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro held a joint news conference at the White House. The two leaders discussed the political situation in Venezuela, the possibility of Brazil being given NATO privileges, and proposed plans for the U.S. to conduct space launches from of Brazil. President Trump also responded to a question on the 2020 elections and how some Democratic candidates were promoting the idea of expanding the Supreme Court. The president told reporters, “It won’t happen. I guarantee you, it won’t happen for six years.” close
